Building O is the second of 2 buildings completed at Port Adelaide Distribution Centre in Gillman. With a footprint of 7,290m², Building O contains 3 x warehouse/office tenancies with accompanying carparking and landscaping.

A removable dividing wall between each tenancy means usable space can be expanded to suit tenants wanting more space, with one wall having already been removed. Space has also been maximised by having the building follow the site boundary rather than using a standard rectangular shape.

We particularly like the architectural design of the offices with the upstairs area uniquely overhanging the entry below which is highlighted by the contrasting cladding. Thank you to Quintessential for working with us on these projects.
